Science, Law, and Religion


When a court rules in a particular way it does not mean that the court members are “anti-science“.  It means that they are supposedly following the law.  And when the law relies on sincere religious beliefs, there is no burden to prove that the belief is based in science.  Because faith only counts in science when you are a proponent of AGW.
